I have been a customer at CompUSA for over 4 years because my company signed a contract with them for certain items and repairs (Compaq) and have had nothing but problems with them. They do not like to answer their phone, they do not have trained staff and their prices (even outside of the business contract) are extremely high. Do youself a favor, go into the store write down the model number of whatever you are looking at and then their price. Then go home and check the internet and see how much they are overcharging you.
