Where's the Beef

I visited Morton's on a busy Friday night for dinner with out of town guests. It wasn't very late in the evening, it was around 8:00pm. I first ordered the Prime Rib which I was told they ran out of. I then ordered a strip steak medium rare and ended up with a tough, overcooked piece of meat. By that time, my dinner companions were close to being finished with their meals so I wasn't going to make them wait any longer for my meal to be done properly. I did complain, however management didn't seem to care.
