Best Italian in Chicago

I've been to Spiaggia, Coco Pazzo, and Gene & Georgetti's. Throughout all those dining experiences I was pining for Rosebud's cuisine. Service, however, is gruff and rushed. But hey, they have a takeout menu!
Pros: great food, great prices, huge portions
Cons: questionable service
