I'm not from New York, and this place doesn't suck. The pot stickers are the best in town (and large), and the chicken dishes are the best I've had at ""traditional"" American-Chinese restaurants. Some of the sauces are a bit on the heavy side, but I usually get mine on the side anyway. If you are looking for a fancy place, go to Sungari - but if you want an inexpensive, great tasting meal, with large dinner portions, China Bay's the place!
