I was not happy with an alteration they performed and in response they offered to do more of the exact same alteration for $10 MORE than they had charged the first time. I have a hard time believing their costs, inflation, whatever, increased that much in a week's time. They didn't stand by their service and seemed to pull an arbitrary figure out the air. What horrid customer service! I went to another tailor who charged what Nandwani had originally charged.
