The food is great here. Its rare to find a Chinese restaurant with food this cheap and wonderful.
There is a problem with the service sometimes, though. It has gotten worse in the past few years in that the waitstaff usually visits you when taking your order, bringing your food and maybe (if you're lucky) checking on you once to see how its going. They used to bring hot mustard and a really good orange and apricot sauce with the eggrolls, but now you just get the sauce (unless you can chase down one of the speedy waitstaff who seem almost supernatural in their ability to dissappear).
A hint for any restaurant: Keep the items that stay on the table clean. On my last few visits, the soy sauce container, salt shaker and pepper shaker appeared to be coated in a decade's worth of god knows what.
Pros: amazing food, great prices, quick arrival of food
Cons: dingy, sketchy service
