There are alot of pubs popping up inside the Loop, but by and large the best new addition is Roeders!
The staff is the friendliest group I've encountered in years - they knew my name and drink after a couple of visits and, hey, they even started carrying my brand of smokes just 'cause I asked - you wont find that many places.
The jukebox is a mix of current alt, classic rock, and eighties. There is a massive flat screen for football enjoyment and a groovy patio to get away from it if you need to.
So basically - friendly people, good tunes, flat screen and beer - everything I could want in a living room!

Cons: parking can get hairy, no food
