I had a very, very important client coming for dinner. I have to say hands down Cuisine Unlimited did an excellent job. They are prompt in getting me a proposal; I made a few changes and had the revised proposal within 24 hours. Not only did they meet the budget they showed me several ways to get more bang for my buck.
The set-up was incredible with ice sculptures and incredible floral arrangements. They are not the least expensive cater but I can guarantee that nothing came out of a wax box or a can. The service staff was very professional. I did question the 18% gratuity fee at first, but research showed that it is an industry standard.
If you are looking for the high-end professional catering, I highly recommend Cuisine Unlimited. It was worth every penny.
