It's Little Italy for those whose notions of Little Italy come from Godfather movies. However, the food is good, if not terribly authentic.
The ambience is, well, Grand Central Station during rush hour. The noise level is high, servers seem rushed, not a place for a relaxing dinner.
As for the wait - 3 hours for a table in a chain restaurant in a mall in Durham, NC. The food wasn't THAT good.
Pros: fun - once, decent Italian
Cons: too loud, not worth the wait
