My husband and I eat at Heinemann's in Brookfield at least a couple of times a month. We love the fact that everything at Heinemann's is made from scratch. We always enjoy the blueberry pancakes, or the special bake of the day, which is like a quiche. The coffee is excellent, and no one will ask you to leave if you wish to linger after breakfast to catch up on life when with friends.
