top-tiered sushi in Seattle

I think this place is consistently the best sushi in town. There are other places which are good too, like Saito, I Love Sushi, Chiso. But I don't think any of them beat the consitency of Nishino. Great sushi chefs, wonderful service and ambience, and not much more expensive than other sushi places. It can get rather loud, and it can be a little too crowded, but that's minor.
Another minor quibble is that they typically won't list "fresh today" on their specials menu, something that I have found to be a wonderful help at other sushi places when ordering.
Pros: great sushi, wonderful service, good ambience
Cons: loud
