I purchased two pairs of shoes, one for my girlfriend, the other for me. The sales person gave the the wrong size for starters, when I went back to exchange they were out. I picked out another pair, but when I gave them to her for Christmas they were too small. I took them back but the wouldn't because it was a ""final sale""......I wanted to exchange for a 1/2 size larger but they wouldn't accommodate. The store manager treated me like I was scamming him and told me to run home to my mommy when I pleaded that I simply wanted my girlfriend to have a pair of shoes that fit properly. He was totally unwilling to work with me and exchange for another size even though his sales person gave me the wrong size to begin with. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with Shoe Mania.
