Emilio's is still the king of tapas. The dining room is usually packed and festive. The food is as superb as ever. Favorites tapas dishes include the duck with couscous, chicken with three sauces and the killer garlic potato salad. But leave room for dessert, the tiramisu and the poached pears are excellent.
