That one word summs it up!!
I had a 6inch by6 inch hole in my roof ( from the darn tree that came through into my kitchen during the ice storm in dec '02)and had this guy fix the cealing. He did not put in any insulation to replace the one that had fallen out neither did he pull some from the side. He left a hollow hole in there and covered it with some thin board (he calls it sheet rock), mud and popcorn spray.
He charged $350 for 30 mins of work!!
All he ket saying was he would give a 1year warranty for the job!
Pros: on time, immediate assistance
Cons: poor quality, over priced
