Highly Over-rated!

Plouf needs help. I've eaten here a couple of times during lunch & dinner and have been dissappointed each time. (Friends have brought me back, so it was not by choice to revisit.) The inside ambience is "eh" and very, very noisy. The waiters seemed intense and paid no attention to details. Service was slow, food was bland and the seafood was overcooked. Doesn't look like they ever change the menu either. The same items have been on their menu for years, which is also dissappointing. There are many other great restaurants in the city to try for the price.
Pros: outside city dining
Cons: poor service, blah food
