The great news about this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant is that it is conveniently located in downtown San Jose and stays opens late 7 days a week. The problem is the food and the environment. I have eaten there four times (hey, it was opened late and I was hungry). The food was prepared rather messy. The pork in the sweet and sour pork was undercooked and still frozen. The noodles in the Pho soup sat in a murky broth that was hard to enjoy. You need to bring your sunglasses if you dine in the place at night. The bright aqua neon blares from the window. Maybe that's a good thing because it does cover the uncomfortable dirtiness of this restuarant. Service was inconsistent. Yes, they were great at taking your order, but that is the most you'll see of your waiter.
Pros: cheap, opened late
Cons: food, service, environment
