Meat meets west

If you are looking for a darn good steak and a really fun atmosphere, Izzy's is the place. If you are looking for a quaint romantic bistro, look elsewhere. The service is lively (even witty), and reasonably attentive considering the level of activity at this restaurant. The Fillet Medallions are especially good, and the New York is thick and juicy. Try your steak "au pouvre", for an especially tasty treat. Try the cream spinach as a side, its the best I ever had. The wine list is good, but not fantastic ($10 corkage to BYOW). Deserts are so-so. Pros: Fun & Lively, Creamed Spinich, Great Steaks Cons: Loud, Crowded
