I travel 5 days a week for work and I try a sushi restaurant in every city I visit. Mai takes the blue ribbon. It is always fresh and tasty. The sushi chef will get inventive if you give him the go ahead and prepare some of the most innovative and delicious sushi I've ever had. Better than most restuarants even in NY and CA. They're other traditional Japanese fare is great also, I especially like the noodle dishes and the chilled tofu. Yummy!
