Robert Jeffrey Hair on Halsted is just wonderful. New in town I went to another salon to get a perm and they really distroyed my hair, two days later walking down Halsted I decided to go in to Robert Jeffrey and see if they could help. Sean was great and now my hair is in better condition than before I got my terrible perm!!
