This is the best vegetarian restaurant anywhere. Virtually everything is vegetarian, unlike many restaurants which bill themselves as ""vegetarian,"" but only have a few pasta dishes on the menu. The chef is a wizard with seitan, the presentation is gorgeous, and the staff is attentive. There are vegan selections on the menu as well.
