Good, but pricey

Monday, July 29, 2002
Good food, knowledgable staff, great ambience, but it was a bit steep for the portions. I don't mind spending a ton of dough if I leave full, but I had to get a Krispy Kreme from the liquor store across the street for desert. The food was good, I had the pearl pasta in a nice light sauce, and my girlfriend had the seabass, but I don;t feel we got a value. The spinach salad is excellent and the antipasto plate was delicious, but I left feeling a bit light in the stomach and the wallet. Great wine selection too. Pros: Ambience, Staff, Wine List Cons: Expensive, Small Portions
