We have enjoyed the homestyle cooking of the Prairie Schooner for a number of years. Unfortunately, our last visit was unfilling. We arrived 15 minutes before the posted closing time on a Saturday afternoon to find the front door locked. I found a side door that led into the kitchen and could see the workers through it. I asked one of the waitresses about the closing time. She told me they closed early whenever they felt like it. We won't be back.
Pros: inexpensive, homestyle cooking
