I now live in Bloomington, Illinois - a real barbeque ghost town. The bbq here is disguised with red sauce. Bill's knows that good bbq doesn't need a lot of sauce to be spicy. They think putting cole slaw on your sandwich is strange. Go figure? From the sandwich wrapped in paper with a toothpick to anchor it down to the delicious creme pies and fresh-squeezed lemonade, Bills has my vote hands down. I have been known to travel from my home town, Charlottesville (60+ miles) to the Short Pump exit off 64 just to have a Bill's. I think Bill's is the reason I went to college at VCU.
Pros: Good locations, Friendly/fast service, Consistant quality
Cons: Small sandwich, A little pricey
