I love Hickory Hollow. Not Houston's best BBQ, but not too shabby. Also have great burgers, CFS, and Hot Tots (fried mashed potato balls!) Goode Co. is pretty good, too, but for the best BBQ in Houston.....you have to go to Fulshear. It's worth the drive, as this BBQ will leave you stunned. I cannot stress that it is wayyyyy worth the drive, perfect for a Sunday afternoon!
