Ralph's should take a lesson in customer service from this Von's. Every time I've asked where an item is, the staff has offered to walk me over and point it out---a few times I've taken them up on it, too. Also, if you have more than two bags, the bagger will offer to help you to your car---which I've also appreciated when stocking up on bottled water, etc. Lastly, the store just got a facelift in the last year. It used to be a tad skanky, but now it's gleaming and lovely.
