bad burgers, worse service

Is this the same barney's in noe valley the other reviewers are talking about? I've had nothing but overcooked burgers on soggy, grease-saturated rolls, served by the rudest waitstaff this side of new york. mushy, greasy fries, messed up orders, staff complaining about having to say what cheese is available - it all adds up to a miserable experience.
