Having been a regular at Izzys over the past 5 years, I can assure you that they have some of the best steakhouse food in the city. The New York strip steak is prepared to perfection. The portions are large and the Izzys Potatoes and creamed spinach are group favorites. The plates are prepared with great attention and served hot and fast. The wine list provides a wide variety that suits any budget. The markups are reasonable and unlike other San Francisco steakhouses, you can have dinner for two, a bottle of wine and dessert for around $80, tip included. I'd give them a perfect 10 rating but during busy periods the noise downstairs (the main floor) can be a bit much. I have yet to have a bad meal there and highly recommend Izzys to anyone looking for an reasonably priced, great meal with excellent service. ~Rob
