Food is great, but service not so great

I've been eating at this restaurant since they first opened back in '94 because of the great food at great prices, but poor service. The majority of the staff have been rude and probably don't realize it (how sad). I would recommend ordering for takeout.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor service
