I went on my first tour with this company a few weeks ago, it was the Brooklyn Bridge and Brooklyn Hts tour. The tour would have been alot better if it had been a small group. There were too many people. It was noisy on the Brooklyn Bridge and I couldn't hear the tour guide. A microphone would have helped. And the tour guide walked and talked with the same people. He should try to mix with the others. And don't let only a few people ask questions. The guide needs to learn how to control the pushy people.
