Apparently this restaurants is supposed to exemplify everything that's Pittsburgh, if that title suggests rudeness and bad service then I'd say that this restaurant has that to offer and much more. The portions are large sized but be sure to request that the pizza you get not be burned and the crust not be dripping with oil unless you like it that way. The service was lousy (was in a party of 4 that was left unattended for 20 minutes, finally had to have someone walk to the back of the restaurant to get the waitresses attention).
