Fish is best served fresh and San Antonio is not near the sea. But I have to give credit to this restaurant for the freshest Maguro in town. The fastest service which if you have been to places like Goros you will appreciate. I have actually gotten out of there in 15 min.(to see a movie). For the exceptional sushi lovers who know fresh from trash(you know who you are) try this place out. Ask what is fresh, and imbibe. Its not Japan or even close, but for what its worth its the best in the city.
