I first went to Glen Ivy In June, for my birthday. I started to go alone and decided to make it into a "girls day out". I went with 6 friends and we really enjoyed ourselves. I have been back every 2-3 weeks since then. There is so much to do. Even if you don't get a treatment there are enough pools and baths to keep you relaxed for at least 6 hours. The mud bath is great. You've gotta try the mud grotto, a moisturizing treatment, very good. I love this place. Best to go on a warm day; when it's cold, they provide heaters to help dry the mud. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous.
