I have been customer of Saito for 2 years and love saitosan sushi! He has more variety, houbo, shako etc. and cut is big- not cheap thin slice! I give him choice and he makes beautiful sashimi. If you don't like real sushi - don't go. Saito is real sushi, not fusion rolls. If you speak japanese sit at counter- saitosan very very funny.
