Outstanding culinary experience!

I don't remember the last time that I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every dish ordered -- Nishino did it! The fish was exceptionally fresh and prepared in uniquely delicious ways. Particular stand-outs are the jyo maki rolls, shake (salmon), and unagi (fresh water eel). However the absolute star of the evening was a crabcake special. I am not sure if this is offered on a regular basis but if you come across it, treat your tastebuds and go for it! As for the sake, go for the premier blends (the extra dry is nice hot).
