Unacceptably slow

Great burgers, if you have the patience of Job. The Interbay location is faster than the Phinney Ridge store, but fast is a relative term. An order of burger, fries and shake took almost an hour on an average summer Friday evening! I would say the wait was worth it, but it wasn't, given that the place was not that crowded, the store was not understaffed, and they didn't seem to have run out of any ingredients . . . except maybe customer service. Repeated and polite inquiries as to the status of our order were met with deaf ears and unhelpful suggestions to keep waiting.
Cons: slow, slower, slowest
