First of all they charge just to go to the lookout deck but they do give you a coupon for a free drink, there is no proper bar it's just a little snack stand with pre-made daquiries and beer. If you go during the day you'll see Vegas as it really is stark, flat and lots of large, cold buildings that stand out like sore thumbs in the landscape. The best part is the 360 degree view of the mountains. At least at night you get the lights. Unlike other towers and panarama views I've been to there are no museum or touristy type things inside to explain anything or give more bang to your buck just some badly drawn maps on the walls. The rides were closed for winter, and they make you take one of those pictures they try to sell to you afterward.
