Walked in anticipating a nice half day spa from my husband...Walked out feeling more tense and irritated than I had been!
When I arrived, I was seated upstairs with torn Seventeen magazines and loud music. Waited 5-10 minutes to be taken into the first spa portion of the visit. Then brought back out into the main area to wait again for the next treatment for 10 minutes. No robe/slippers for the treatments.
1/2 day event included a lunch which was 25 minutes late, so I continued to hang around waiting. When lunch arrived, I was put into an awkward ""lunchroom"" to eat. Basically, I just left it there and waited outside again for the FINAL
haircut and bolted out the door.
If you're not going to take the spa level to the ultimate level, do not offer the treatments.
