My friend and I decided to try P.F. Chang's one evening after receiving recommendations from other people who had tried it out. It's the trendiest appearing Chinese restaurant I've ever been. The service is pretty good. However, it seems odd that I was the only Chinese person in the whole restaurant, including the kitchen. The menu items were more Americanized than the typical Chinese restaurant. The food was mediocre to the Asian palate. However, what was most memorable about this dining experience was the acute gastrointestinal maladay my friend and me suffered soon after the meal. If you want to try out a trendy restaurant, I suppose this may the place. But, if you want to dine at a good Chinese restaurant, I would find a place where there are many more Asians are dining.
