Why anyone would put sage in the rice to absolutely kill any hope of flavor is beyond me. It was enough to make whoever dines there gag.
Pros: not all that busy, it's in a center, it's near a hotel
Cons: sage is used in rice, wait staff mediocre, not all that clean
