I'd rather keep it a secret as it's been my de rigueur sushi joint for 20 years, but they're too great to keep a secret. It's the best sushi outside of Tsukiji in Tokyo. And the seafood suppliers that supply the likes of Matsuhisa, Water Grill, and the Puck restaraunts eat here. Often. And don't listen to the staff reviewer. He's no sushi gourmand. Since when is spicy tuna traditional?
Pros: Great Chefs, Fantastic Fish
Cons: A little pricey, On the busy side
