Salty. You'll be asking for water as the evening progresses. It's a nice "burnt" beef taste with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion, or whatever combination you may have ordered. It's all very fresh, clean and high quality.
If they could just back off on the salt, add some better seating, and speed up the program a little...then I'd go there often. Others may chime "it's part of the ambience" but I will stick with my moans for comfort and convenience.
Pros: Fresh, Eye Candy Staff, On the Ridge
Cons: Salty, Slow, Um, where can we sit?
