I was amazed how great the service was for this hotel. In my opinion, the service was better than most Ritz-Carlton. Everyone says hello or good morning in the hallways. Hotel employees remembered my name throughout my stay. I have stayed at many Long Island hotels but none have had service like this. The resturant busboy found my daughter's doll and man such an effort to find out my room and bring it up. My daughter coined the expression, ""the Marriott won't do that""
