I have been to Ringlers twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times, the crowd was sparse and there were plenty of waitstaff present. But trying to get service was like pulling teeth. Between conversatins on the phone and with other employees, our server and bartender found it extremely difficult to find thirty seconds to do their jobs. When the restaurant is under fifty percent filled, it shouldn't take thirty minutes to get a first round of beer. Only the ususally good McMenamims food and drink keep the overall rating above a five.
