Adam takes delight in personally insulting his clients. With his pretentious nature and severe hatred for Philadelphia (desperately trying to act like he's from New York) you would assume he was familiar with the latest highlighing/ coloring trends from the last 10 years. Instead he lobs bleach on your head bringing you to a Marilyn Monroe color which although many would like to be able to wear, few can. After three visits your hair begins to seriously suffer and break down. He ccouldn't care less.
