I saw the manager hoping I would receive a great or reasonable cut. We agreed on a trim. Not only did he reshape the style, he did it in such a way that when looking at the profile of the cut, the bulk is at the middle of my neck (not flattering). In addition, I told him of my fear of thinning out my hair and he continued to do so to such a point that my hair looks like it has fallen out due to malnutrition. The rocker chic look is out and that is what he gave me even after he saw what I came in with and I told him I needed classic w/ an edge as I am in the legal profession. I will never ever ever go back.
