Overrated and not even homemade

Their flavours are overhyped. Agreed, they are a neighbourhood joint. But there are plenty of other mom & pop ice cream shops in the city that have better quality, better service, and better value that what you get at mitchell's... What is the hype, anyway? Service has no real heart to it anyway, and the audience is just a group of people who have jumped on the Mitchell's bandwagon.
Pros: parking lot
Cons: expensive/not a value, service, blah
