Worst wait ever!

We left after waiting 70 minutes for our table. This was a Saturday night. The reservation for our table of 4 was for 8:30PM. The hostess kept on saying there was a table opening up, but that wasn't true. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were finally offered a complimentary cocktail.
Pros: nice atmosphere
Cons: poor table management
