I expect great dining experiences in Las Vegas, but not superlative ones. My recent dinner at Postrio was one of the best I've ever had. Food was wonderful, notably the classic arugula, apples, and goat cheese salad, along with our steak and seafood entrees. Anniversary wines by the glass for $10 were outstanding and a great deal for the quality. And the service was perfect. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, but not intrusive, and had terrific timing -- he brought everything just when you wanted it. Comfortable, warm, luxurious dining room decor. Moderately expensive price level, but worth it. Truly a memorable meal for us.
