I bought my 2000 Jetta at Hallmark and was hopeful about their service since the salesperson emphasized the service center's rating. However, I have been repeatedly disappointed. In addition to the difficulty getting an appointment and the inconvenient location, this dealership service center was unable to diagnose a lose strut that a Nashville repair shop discovered after a more careful review. My warranty requires me to stay with Hallmark in the shortrun but I would advise others who buy from Hallmark to go without the extended warranty and get serviced elsewhere.
