My 16 year old took my car to get a regular wash. when arriviing as normal she was asked about a detail, mats washed etc., She declined advising it was her mother's car and credit card. She waited 90 mintues for the car to be finished from the regular wash. When she got in the car everything was damp. They detailed it, not well, but detailed. She had signed the credit card slip, not paying close attention to the price, she was not given any paperwork. I called the next day to find out what this was costing and they couldn't tell me, but my credit card bill showed $180.00!!
